The Trinideli – (A 1 ½ LB! of specialty sandwich!) - Roast Beef, Black Forest Ham, Pastrami, Salami, Swiss, Monterey Jack, & Cheddar Cheeses, our own Trinideli Pesto sauce, mayo, tomato, red onion & green leaf lettuce. (Sorry, no substitutions on this one or half sandwiches on this)
The Stomper – (This became a favorite that had to be added to our Menu) - Roast Beef, Smoked Gouda, gourmet peppered Bacon, avocado, mayo, deli mustard, tomato, red onion & green leaf lettuce.
Black Russian – (A customer’s creation that many enjoy) - Roast Beef, Cream Cheese, black olives, horseradish sauce, red onion, tomato & green leaf lettuce.
Hot & Spicy – Roast Beef, Ortega Chile, salsa, Monterey Jack Cheese & horseradish sauce.
Mountain Philly – (The combination with the roasted red bell peppers makes this Philly fabulous!) - Roast Beef, Cream Cheese, roasted red bell pepper, mayo, tomato, red onion & green leaf lettuce.
The French Dips – All served warm with homemade Au Jus
The Traditional Dip – Roast Beef, melted Swiss Cheese, mayo, deli mustard

Bar-B-Q- Beef – (This came from a craving for a good BBQ Sandwich) Roast Beef, gourmet peppered Bacon, Cheddar cheese, mayo, red onion, topped with bar-b-q sauce and served warm.

The Cosmic – (Named after and created by a comedian & friend Cosmic Joe Finley) – Turkey, Muenster cheese, avocado, mayo, tomato, red onion & green leaf lettuce.
White Russian – (Just like the Black Russian, but with Turkey) – Turkey, Cream Cheese, black olives, horseradish sauce, tomato, red onion & green leaf lettuce.
